The reasons behind the project
La Société de Propreté et d’Environnement de Normandie (SPEN), filiale de Veolia, envisage de demander une autorisation pour prolonger temporairement l’exploitation du site du Ham. Objectif : assurer la continuité et la qualité du service pendant la transition entre le modèle actuel, basé sur l’enfouissement des ordures ménagères et un modèle centré sur la valorisation énergétique.

SPEN souhaite que ce projet soit développé en concertation avec le territoire et propose, dans cette perspective, une démarche de dialogue en plusieurs étapes prévoyant notamment la mise en place d’un comité de dialogue et des rencontres avec le public.
