The voluntary engagement process is an initiative launched by the project developer to involve the local area from the outset and throughout the project's development. It aims to provide transparent information and gather questions, concerns, and proposals from residents, local stakeholders, and interested parties.
A voluntary initiative
This initiative is not a regulatory requirement, but reflects a commitment to openness and dialogue. It helps enrich the project through contributions from the local area, identify points requiring particular attention, and, where possible, adapt certain aspects of the project.
The project developer's reasons
SPEN souhaite que ce projet soit développé en concertation avec le territoire et propose, dans cette perspective, une démarche de dialogue en plusieurs étapes prévoyant notamment la mise en place d’un comité de dialogue et des rencontres avec le public.
